The EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team combines all the experience and expertise available within EY in order to offer a complete range of value-added services and to advise on corporate transactions. For cross-border transactions, we deploy multinational teams from the international EY TAS network.

Within TAS, our Mergers and Aquisitions team is looking to reinforce the team with talented professionals who can embody a Manager role and lead project teams

What will you do?

As a Manager of the mergers & acquisitions team, you will be involved in originating and executing M&A transactions.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include (depending on your level):

  • Active involvement in client interaction at a senior level

  • Help buyers or sellers manage the transaction process from beginning to end

  • Analyse company financial statements

  • Peparing pitch documents, market analyses, information memorandums, management presentations, datarooms,...

  • Identification of potential targets or investors

  • Assistance with negotiations and final closing of the transactions

  • Manage a team

Qualifications:

Profile

  • Master degree in economics related subject

  • Several years of experience, preferably in a corporate finance environment within a bank or consulting firm

  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English

  • Interest in financial markets and corporate transactions

  • Excellent communication skills, client focused and result oriented

  • Strong ability to build working relationships with clients and internally in the industry

  • CFA certification considered a plus
