We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for positions as advisory managers in our performance improvement practice in Bermuda. Our performance improvement practice helps clients better align their organizations’ operating infrastructures with their strategies. Our professionals focus on the assessment and redesign of business, risk, and control processes and the refinement of operating models. The successful candidates for these roles will have experience across insurance and/or banking operations (including a range of the following: underwriting, reinsurance finance, claims management, (re)insurance technology vendors, banking operations, banking technology vendors), all phases of the project lifecycle (including requirements definition, process and prose creation, business re-engineering and application mapping), and consulting, to support client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver performance improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Advisory Manager, Performance Improvement – responsibilities and required experience:

  • Effectively manage and participate in performance improvement projects, develop analysis, run and engage client teams and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work products

  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and consistently deliver quality client services

  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge and the ability to assimilate new knowledge

  • Understand/Communicate complex insurance and/or banking operational issues and solutions

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, economics or a related field

  • A minimum of five years of recent relevant work experience in a consultancy or professional services firm, with demonstrated leadership skills; prior experience in the financial services sector is required

The successful candidates must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work a flexible schedule as overtime and travel will be required, as well as a dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
