To oversee the implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors Talent Technology and Global Process Model within a defined geographic Region with a focus on providing HR functional and technical expertise to Region Talent Teams. Overall responsibility for ensuring completion of quality deliverables on time; within budget and a successful go live.

Your tasks - to help you progress

  • Lead day to day application deployment activities within Region / country

  • Responsible for defining local configuration requirements and design of the application based on approved business requirements

  • Support the Region Talent Teams in understanding the Global process model and the updating of Global process documentation to reflect local deviations

  • Review the key risks and gaps throughout the program lifecycle

  • Act as Subject Matter Resource on global and local process and technology design for the all relevant workstreams (e.g Core HR, Learning)

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and preparation for localization (fit compliance) workshops at the Region / country level

  • Participate in Localization (fit compliance) workshop sessions to provide global systems expertise, confirm necessary deviations and localization requirements

  • Develop local test plans with the Regions and support the delivery of User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing and Service Rehearsal Testing, providing coaching and advice to Region testers as required to ensure proper identification, logging and resolution of defects

  • Coordinate, assist and manage data cleansing, migration and conversion activities – ensuring connection between the global data management teams and Region Talent SMR’s

  • Confirm local integration requirements and develop integration functional design

  • Identify impacts of SuccessFactors deployments on local applications and tools and develop decommissioning plans where required

  • Cascade Program products and toolkits to Regions and provides guidance and assistance to Regions in their use, e.g. data management toolkits, testing toolkits, cutover and stabilization toolkits

  • Coordinate activities with production support teams as required

  • Ensure knowledge transfer to product support teams to ensure smooth stabilization and transition to business as usual

  • Provides coaching and guidance to members of the Region / Country Talent Team to build capability in process and technology deployment including data management, integrations and application management and testing

  • Act as a bridge between the Global Program Team and the Local Region / Talent Teams ensuring a good flow of information and the timely answering of questions

  • Escalate to the Global Technology Deployment Lead where appropriate


Your profile - to help us progress together

  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Strong knowledge of Talent / HR processes

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS Talent / HR Technology (SAP SuccessFactors desirable) in all or one of the following areas: HR and Payroll, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting

  • Strong communications and facilitation skills (written and verbal)

  • Is able to present information, through a variety of mediums in a compelling and engaging way.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with team members and stakeholders

  • Strong project management experience with complex global projects

  • Accepts and navigates situations with ambiguity and complexity to progress recommendations and decisions

  • Explains and resolves conflicts, escalates issues

  • Knowledge of business process design

  • Ability to work virtually, across multiple countries, areas and cultures and with minimal supervision

  • Experience in a consulting or technical environment is desirable

  • Previous project management experience and use of Microsoft Project

Supervision Responsibilities:

  • No direct reports

  • Responsible for coordinating and cascading tasks and deliverables to project team members outside of direct reporting line

  • Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment

  • Education:

  • Degree level or relevant equivalent work experience


  • Experience of managing complex global projects

  • Experience of deploying SaaS HCM Technology (SAP SuccessFactors desirable)

  • Experience of implementing HR process change Strong background in project management
