Your tasks - to help you progress & Essential Functions of the Job / Responsibilities

Designing and implementing new processes and organisational structures covering the management of intercompany trade and in particular transfer pricing. Designing and implementing solutions to align tax and performance management requirements with regard to intercompany trade / transfer pricing. Developing reporting and monitoring solutions to manage and control the intercompany trade incl. transfer pricing.

Translating the reporting, process and organisational requirements into a technology and data solution closely with EY and client IT specialists.

Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.

Manage the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary ICE projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken. The projects are in EMEIA with a focus on GSA.

Be involved in the management of the team both in terms of strategy and operations and also through managing junior staff development and assignments.

Qualifications:

Your profile - to help us progress together

Experienced consultant or accountant with deep knowledge of financial processes and management and group financial accounting within large multinationals. Good understanding of operational transfer pricing requirements and suitable solutions would be valuable.

Also process design and flow charting skills and some knowledge of HFM and/or SAP and/or Oracle etc. would be valuable.

Some experience of transfer pricing and/or design of tax processes would be ideal but not essential.

Fluent English is a must have and another language would be appreciated but is not essential.

Team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams.

Client-driven and strategically and commercially aware with strong client-facing skills. Excellent communicator in a range of situations, both written and oral.

Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work and teaming.
