Your tasks - to help you progress
The primary role of the Strategic Solution (SSo) Coordinator is to be the orchestrator for SSo focus topics such as Digitization, Managed Services and internal enablement (focus topics for FY18) to ensure an agile and innovative development of SSo to increase our impact and differentiate SSos in the market. The Solutions Coordinator liaises strongly with the Solution and Alliance Manager and with Global/EMEIA/GSA SSo teams for support.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Knowledge of account management processes and tools as well as sector and SL structures
Knowledge of the firms operations
Effective influencing and relationship building skills with strong executive presence
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including strong command of English
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactive self-starter with a committed team oriented attitude
Advanced MS Office skills preferred
As the job involves preparing materials for clients flexibility concerning working hours may be required
There may be the requirement to work from client and other EY offices
A bachelor’s or post-graduate degree (emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
Professional Services experience preferred but not essential
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of major industry sector trends preferred
Proven ability to work and influence cross-functionally and geographically and with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and departments
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule, with high attention to detail
