Your key responsibilities
In the role of HR Business Consultant you will be working with all the HR related matters and processes. You will also be supporting our partners and directors in their daily work. Your area of responsibility will be in implementing HR priorities and translate strategy into practical recommendations and actions. You must ensure that the HR initiatives and processes required to support our Advisory services are performed professionally and efficiently. You can master both operative routine work and high-level process implementation and development projects.
Your key responsibilities responsibilities:
Implementing global, national and Nordic processes related to the HR agenda
Ensuring that given guidelines and policies are applied in your area of responsibility
Handling questions and negotiations related to labor law issues
Driving performance and talent management processes
Implementing people development projects
Reviewing yearly the salary adjusting process
Supporting the HR agenda also in other roles such as facilitation
To qualify for the role you must have
At least 5 years of relevant experience from a wide range of HR work, preferably from similar tasks or other high tempo business
Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English
Ideally, you’ll also have
Previous experience from consulting is considered an asset
Knowledge of labor law issues and recruiting
As a person you are attentive, flexible and adaptable to changes and new situations. You enjoy working in a team and building relationships. You are also a strong and committed person who can be convincing and who understands the value of quick service and right priorities. You are able to challenge and to be independent in your way of working.
