About the opportunity

The Workplace Coordinator is a key member of the Workplace Services team which manages the day to day environment and operational services. The objective of the team within Core Business Services (CBS) is to support EY Partners and staff to consolidate their vision to be market leader.

In your role as a Workplace Coordinator you’ll have varied responsibility in the below key areas:

  • Reception/Switchboard

  • Premises

  • Mail Room and Print Room Support

  • Administration

  • Health and Safety

  • Policy and Processes

  • Sustainability

  • People/Client/Team Relationships

About you

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer or service focus

  • Ability to work in team environment and individually

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email

  • Previous 3 years' experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation
