The ASA role improves account team efficiency and effectiveness through the performance of key project management and coordination activities.
There are following types of technical services offered by Advisory:
- RiskPerformance Improvement
ASA team helps in account coordination, project management, financial analysis, data compliance requirements and other miscellaneous administrative tasks that do not require client-serving technical judgment related to above service lines.
ASA team was set up in 2012. Currently, there is a team of more than 100 professionals in India and 6 in Manila. The vision is to expand the scope and reach of ASA services to new geographies, add new work-types. This would bring tremendous learning and growth opportunities for the people with right attitude and required
Prior experience with end to end data analytics and comfortable using analytics tools to provide meaningful insights and visualizations to Global Executives (prior experience with or ability to learn Microsoft Access, Tableau, Spotfire, Excel VBA/Macros).
Familiar with the basics of corporate valuation and comfortable utilizing valuation models to understand transaction business case details.
Strategic thinker who is versatile, takes initiative, thinks creatively, can multi-task effectively, and can drive tasks to completion in the most efficient manner possible.
Familiar with company research platforms, such as S&P Capital IQ, Factiva, Merger Marketplace, etc.
Strong ability to work independently.
Can maintain high levels of confidentiality even when pressured by Senior Leaders and/or peers to reveal information.
Strong executive presence with effective written and oral communication skills; fluent in English.
Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize data from qualitative and quantitative sources.

Strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.

Years Of Experience
- Previous accounting / finance / business process outsourcing experience and/or project management experience - ideally at least 5-7.5 years with 1-2 years experience as a Team Lead.
P&U sector knowledge is preferred
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
