Job summary:

Working as part of our national team, your responsibilities will include:

You're a natural leader with the professional presence and confidence to operate at the most senior levels of an organization.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients.

  • Manage possible leads from other areas of the practice.

  • Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff.

  • Contribute to people initiatives, including retaining and training global immigration professionals.

· Providing timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and other related immigration issues including business sponsor obligations and immigration compliance;

· Preparing and lodging visa applications with the Department of Immigration & Citizenship;

Ensure the maintenance of up to date client records and Code compliant files;

· Working on special projects as required.

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • High performer with consulting experience gained within an immigration service's environment or large multinational organization for not less than 8 years.

  • Have strong technical immigration knowledge in handling a wide range of visa issues with management experience in leading an immigration team in consulting firm for not less than 3 years.

  • Have good network within immigration service market in China and have extensive experience in delivering speeches in marketing events.

  • Have extensive experience and close working relationship with government authorities in resolving complicated cases.

  • Have good ability in communicating fluent in English.
