Qualifications:

Job Summary:

As Operations Administrator, you'll process and/or review Human Resources (HR) transactions, in accordance with established policies and procedures within EY's Human Resources (HR) People Shared Services Center (PSS).

In this role, you'll have direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and/or review HR transactions, to achieve accuracy and completeness. Escalate issues as needed.

  • Reconcile and balance HR transactions.

  • Discuss processing issues with field members of the Americas Talent Team (ATT), other EY personnel, and external parties, as appropriate.

  • Prepare and contribute to reporting as directed.

  • Assist with special projects as requested.

  • Meet production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management.

  • Resolve customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity.

  • Use sound judgment in applying concepts and guidelines.

  • Prioritize assignments and identify and report any issues to leadership.

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues following standard PSS procedures.

  • Understanding of the expectations of customers with an ability to deliver service that meets or exceeds customer's needs, within department guidelines.

  • Adept at identifying and resolving issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

  • English language skills - effective written and verbal communication.

  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and approach to meet new challenges and changes with an open mind.

  • Competent at working effectively with others within the HR Shared Services, field Americas Talent Team (ATT) and external parties.

  • Proficient with standard technology including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, intranet, and other ATT-related applications.

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years related experience
