Our global Advisory Business Development (BD) function is driving an account based sales campaign approach focusing on our clients’ big complex industry issues by championing proven Advisory offerings which resonate to solve the issue.
To deliver on this, Global BD, Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) and Sector are collaborating to integrate and align sales efforts with brand awareness and go to market programs to make the biggest impact in the market across reputation, relationship and revenue. This role will focus on driving development, alignment, integration and execution of the sales campaigns and be the key coordinator to provide EY Leaders with dedicated support and sales toolkits to drive issues-driven, sector focused conversations with clients.
The role will closely collaborate with members of the core global brand team, content and channel team, the communication and engagement team, the PR and analyst team (including social), the internal agency as well as the network within BMC.
This role will also be part of an integrated, targeted global campaign approach that requires the incumbent to work closely with, and be part of the BMC program leaders’ project teams to deliver sales campaigns for Advisory key priorities and sectors.
This role will build a strong foundation to ensure success by developing close collaboration with Area BD and BMC Leaders to calendar internal awareness launch campaigns in line with their own campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be a strong and resilient team player with a proven track record in GTM and sales campaign development and activation, a strong background in program management and with external sales campaign experience. In addition the candidate has a broad view on how to activate the Advisory brand from an integrated approach. Understanding of client issues and message development, agency and stakeholder management, sales campaign planning and project management skills are essential. Success in this role will be the delivery of world-class sales campaigns to drive the activation of the Advisory EYSM offerings.
Drive awareness of selected Advisory, Sector and Cross Service Line offerings in the market and provide account teams with dedicated support and sales tool to identify opportunities and accelerate sales revenue
Develop and activate sales campaigns to enable account teams to initiate discussions with EY’s top global clients, core and focus accounts
Collaborate and partner with Areas Business Development, Global Sector teams, BMC teams across the firm and account leaders to accelerate growth
Develop campaign toolkits, implement the toolkit and measure, report and distribute the toolkit
Create consistent global campaign approach, measurement and reporting to strengthen the case for why EY.

And you have:
Strong project management and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to and build rapport with all stakeholders including partners, Business Development and Brand, Marketing and Communication professionals
Experience in sales campaigns development or account-based marketing (business-to-business)
Experience in leading brand activation across geography with proven and demonstrable results
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Sales, Marketing or Communication
Solid relevant experience in a related role, preferably in a professional services firm.
