The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to act as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive (CE) and Chair of Trustee Board, undertaking a range of responsibilities which enables both to meet their priorities for the Foundation.


Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of CE and Chair’s EY Foundation inboxes, correspondence, client interfaceand other day to day management (including expenses, timesheets etc.)

  • To manage the diaries, appointments and contact lists for both, ensuring effective use oftime and preparation of briefings, information, drafting speeches and papers in advance

  • To work seamlessly with the Board Secretariat to ensure that both are aware of each other’spriorities at all times

  • To be responsible for the Chair and Chief Executive’s EY Foundation travel arrangementsand meetings on and off site

  • To prepare and/or draft correspondence for the Chair and Chief Executive as required

  • To ensure that schedules are managed proactively maximising time, efficiencies and impactfor the organisation.

  • To support both the Chief Executive and Chair in their projects through research,consultation, team-management

  • To research, prepare and collate information for the use of the Chief Executive and Chair

  • To be responsible for inputting data on to the CRM system on behalf of the CE and Chair

  • Attendance at evening events where necessary

To Qualify for the role you must have:

  • Strong commitment to changing the lives of young people in the UK for the better in line withthe EY Foundation’s mission

  • Experience of working and supporting people at senior/executive level and with seniorexternal stakeholders

  • Ability to see projects through from start to finish managing time and tasks effectively

  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as trackingprogress on a wide range of tasks

  • Ability to represent the Foundation with senior stakeholders and develop relationships

  • Experience of dealing with confidential information

Ideally, you’ll also have:
