About EY Foundation:
The EY Foundation is a pioneering model of a corporate Foundation. It brings together the professional rigour and resources of a large corporate with the innovation and dynamism of a start-up charity. It has at its heart the purpose of inspiring and supporting disadvantaged young people across the UK to fulfil their work potential. To do this we convene employers and other key stakeholders to reduce barriers to work for young people and enhance their employability.
The EY Foundation helps young people disadvantaged in the labour market to find alternative routes into employment, education or enterprise. Our work involves designing, developing and running our own services; Smart Futures, Our Future and Accelerate (see appendices 1-3 for more information on our services, organisation chart and vision, mission and purpose), as well as raising independent funds to support new initiatives and reach more young people across the UK. Our focus over the next three years is concentrated on those aged 16 – 19 who have a range of hurdles to overcome when attempting to transition smoothly from statutory education to further education, employment or self-employment.
If you can confidently demonstrate that you meet the criteria above, please contact us as soon as possible.
