As a Learning Consultant you will participate in the development, deployment and facilitation of ‘World Class Learning’ across UK & Ireland (UK&I). You may also be required to contribute to activities or projects across the wider UK&I Talent Development function.

The role involves relationship management of multiple stakeholders and project management in deploying ‘World Class Learning’ across UK&I in line with the Global operating model for Learning Deployment.
You will have the opportunity to partner with our service line contacts as a trusted business advisor, using knowledge and experience of blended learning solutions to deliver training events that meet the needs of the business and enhance the Talent Development brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Overall strategic deployment of a portfolio of courses or large scale training events for the Assurance Service Line, from initial planning through execution to evaluation and analysis
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the management of facilitators across your portfolio of courses
Manage costs within the budget by identifying the most cost-effective solutions and maintaining visibility of current and future spend
Maintain a thorough understanding of, and adhere to, the Global Operating Model for Learning Deployment
Coach and partner with the UK&I Learning Coordinators and the Talent Shared Services (TSS) Learning Administrators to increase their knowledge, skills and ability
Maintain a thorough understanding of mandatory/regulatory training requirements and oversee close monitoring of attendance records and escalation of non-attendance
Support the wider UK&I Talent Development function by undertaking other strategic, operational, evaluative or developmental activities and projects

To Qualify for the role you must have:
A passion for providing high quality learning for our people
The ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm
Experience of, and an aptitude for, project management within a professional environment
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Enthusiasm for, and evidence of, course/programme management
The ability to juggle conflicting demands and to prioritise effectively
The ability to pre-empt deadlines and pursue colleagues for relevant information
A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practice
The ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
The ability to work well unsupervised and use initiative where required
