Our Business Development team is critical to the growth of our business and we are now looking for an Operations and Reporting Analyst who can support this growth ambition.

The EY Accounts and Business Development department are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join a team of skilled operations, reporting and project professionals supporting our EMEIA Financial Services business.
This role will be exposed to leadership from an early stage and your work will be critical to the firm’s strategic decision making.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your time will be split across a wide range of activities to analyse our business performance and operational metrics such as revenue, sales pipeline, expenses and headcount. In addition, you will ensure a smooth running of the team through other operational support such as preparing invoices and maintaining trackers. You will also contribute to change projects for senior leaders in the firm requiring an ability to think strategically and creatively.

Strong analytical skills (i.e., being able to identify and research issues)
Enthusiastic and creative problem solver with ability to use initiative and to make appropriate recommendations
Ability to collaborate, work in a team and form broad firm wide networks at all levels
Commitment to see a task through to completion
Extremely organized and able to remain calm under pressure – be able to manage simultaneous deliverables
To Qualify for the role you must have:
Experience of working with data and spreadsheets
An ambition to strive for excellence
Good project management skills including being able to plan and manage time effectively and flex up and down to deal with key priorities
Strong IT skills – Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, SharePoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Experience of a professional services business
Experience of working in an operational environment
Knowledge of the firms key systems and databases including ARD, InterAction and GFIS and the impact these have on reporting.
