Senior Consultant HR Transformation

Our PAS advisory team supports clients to enable an organisation to best execute its strategy, our focus areas include:
Complete lifecycle HR transformation programs and enabling technologies
HR Process design within or across functional areas, and the implementation within the latest Cloud/SaaS solutions
Alignment of corporate and HR strategy.HR talent management and capability development.
Management of HR organisation design - creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to support the desired business outcomes.
Working in the HR Technology area with experience of the selection and development of HR enabling technology and data solutions to support the HR Function
The team is working with some of the biggest names in the financial services sector as they address the challenges posed by the markets and regulators over the past years to deliver real, sustainable change across all levels of their organisations. Opportunities exist to contribute to the engagements and direction of the rapidly expanding PAS team, for individuals with a deep interest in people advisory work, a proven delivery record and an enthusiasm for building a strong, focused team.
Your key responsibilities
Complete full life cycle delivery of HR Transformation engagements
To demonstrate an understanding of operational environments in businesses.
To support and work as part of account teams
To demonstrate experience of leading the completion of client deliverables
Focus on achieving project / programme goals and objectives to exceed client expectations
Be adept at overcoming issues and barriers
Business Development responsibilities
Good insight of the market and purchasing trends
Ability to identify new business and developed existing engagements
Contribute to business development and client pursuit efforts by preparing proposals and delivering presentations to potential clients
Skills and attributes for success
Highly experienced management consultant / HR Transformation professional with relevant experience advising on a range of large scale initiatives and business change projects gained working in a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organisation
Direct experience working within a large, complex, multinational organisation is desirable but not critical
Sector specialisation: strong insight into Financial Services is desirable.
Holds a primary degree (from a leading university preferred)
Post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are also highly desirable but not critical e.g. MBA, CIPD, ACCA, CIMA, CTA
To qualify for the role you must have
You will have already achieved outstanding personal success in your current job and established yourself as an experienced HR management consultant and solution specialist with design and implementation experience in a number of the following areas:
A passion for HR innovation and strong understanding of technology trends and desire to develop a business advisory career.
Detailed HR functional, process and operations knowledge
Technology experience, covering the delivery of the latest HR technologies, and capability in the delivery of at least one major Cloud HRIS solution.
Experience across the complete lifecycle of HR Transformation projects, from concept through execution and ongoing operations. Delivering with agile and waterfall methodologies and incorporating the latest HR technologies.
Understanding the HR Operating Model across all HR functions.
