This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team at EY, helping the business to win in the marketplace through creating deep client relationships, exploring major opportunities for revenue growth and consistent reputation building.

The Opportunity:

Working as a valued member of the BMC team, you will support key Sector marketing campaigns and help build engagement with key influencers and decision makers. This role gives you the perfect opportunity to become part of an award-winning brand, marketing and communication team in professional services. The role is based in London and is part of the Sector & Segments Marketing team and sits within the 120 strong BMC team.

Qualifications:

Your Key Responsibilities:

You’ll spend most of your time providing full support for BMC programmes, building and managing strong relationships with the business, campaign managers and wider support teams. You will contribute creative ideas to develop campaigns and create the most effective internal and external client engagement. In your role you will manage the production and execution of agreed deliverables within timelines and budget. You will support on key campaigns across the whole BMC mix - measuring the activities and supporting the Manager with updated project plans and activity reporting. You will work closely with external agencies, in house studios, the wider BMC team and regional teams

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and key stakeholder groups

  • Supporting integrated campaigns and communication activities

  • Managing performance: ability to track/monitor project process against plan

  • Understanding of brand, marketing and communication principles, coupled with a strong commercial drive and the ability to deliver high-value marketing activities that deliver return on investment

  • Developing key brand and risk compliance strategies

To Qualify for the role you must have:

  • Three years business experience, a degree or professional qualification

  • Stakeholder management and engagement skills

  • Strong team player/collaborator attributes

  • Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Project management skills with a sound attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • An enthusiastic, can do approach

  • The ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritise effectively

  • Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly

  • The ability to work well unsupervised and use initiative where required

  • Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements

  • A professional services background, however strong candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
