Responsible for department’s calendar management, making sure that all executive meetings are well scheduled;
Offering department members timely help in making travel plans and logistics arrangements for them;
Proactively facilitating internal and external communications by launching partners’ directions to consultants and clients, answering phones and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently;
Well handling the department’s expense and reimbursement by handing bills to PIC/EIC on required time, and preparing expense report timely;
Maintaining a good public image of the department by preparing and editing outgoing correspondence such as letters, proposals, release and etc.;
Providing other administration supports for business if necessary.1. 负责部门日程会议安排；2. 负责部门同事的差旅安排；3. 负责上传下达部门领导（partner/Senior Manager）指示，收发部门重要文档材料；4. 提交相应报销资料，负责部门报销工作内容；5. 草拟编辑部门对外正式文件，维护部门良好形象；
To qualify for the role you must have
Upgraded college degree holder or above, at least 1 years' relevant experience.
CET-6 or above holder, candidates using written English in previous work are preferred
Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese Mandarin, proficiency in Cantonese will be an advantage.
Independent, detail-minded, well-organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
