Core Business Services - Brand, Market & Communications - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing, Social Media Team Lead - SHE000GC
Reporting to the Director of Brand, Marketing and Communications, the incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of EY Greater China’s social media strategies.
Develop and implement effective and holistic social media strategies for the organization
Create quality and captivating content to meet the organization’s social media acquisition, engagement and conversion objectives
Leverage social media trends and generate campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement in the marketplace
Establish proper internal social media governance and policy to guide the organization’s social media strategies and internal stakeholders engagement
Work with internal stakeholders to plan and coordinate social media campaigns, while ensuring integration and alignment with the organization’s business development priorities
Source and manage relationships with social media platform partners and agencies
Develop clear KPIs and analytics and prepare regular monitoring and analytics reports
Bachelor Degree Bachelor's degree in media, public relation, communications, marketing or related discipline
Minimum 8 years in marketing related field, with a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing and 3 years in social media marketing
Experience in running digital marketing campaigns in China/APAC region. Experience in developing strategies and campaigns on the WeChat platform will be highly regarded
Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media, especially on current and emerging trends in the social media landscape
Possess the ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and to mitigate issues
Proficient in both English and Chinese languages, fluent spoken English and Mandarin
An organized and well-versed team player with the confidence to lead and guide
