Full Job Title: Tax Manager - Human Capital Services (HCS) - Performance Improvement (PI) - HR Technology (Multiple Positions)
Deliver global HR technology consulting services, including strategy, process evaluation, process improvement and risk mediation, design of HR system delivery options (instance consolidation of HR systems, shared service center development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and HR IT strategy. Benchmark key performance indicators, and evaluate HR process effectiveness. Work on HR systems/HR service delivery strategy and organization design, as well as HR process mapping and redesign. Perform portfolio rationalization of HR-related applications of integrated systems or best-of-breed solutions. Support and lead vendor solution evaluations. Deliver HR-related functional implementations covering key phases of the software development lifecycle. Actively engage in required consultations. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience;
Or a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Must have SHRM or American Payroll Certification.
Of required experience, must have 4 years of HR or payroll experience in sourcing, process improvement advisory, global shared service center design and administration, and multi-country vendor transitions.
Experience with Merger & Acquisition projects including divestitures and integrations across multiple HR and payroll workstreams required.
Experience in project management, change management, stakeholder management and communications required, including experience with global or multi-national projects.
Must have experience facilitating client discussions, collaborating with clients, and identifying engagement follow-on opportunities.
Must have strong executive presence.
Must have global HR and payroll consulting experience in developing strategies, conducting multi-country assessments, leading vendor selections, designing processes considering associated risk and controls, and implementing solutions worldwide.
Experience in full lifecycle HR system implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines (including SAP, PeopleSoft, and Workday) required.
Must have large-scale project management experience, including budget, scope and resource management as well as the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels, excellent client service, interpersonal, and communication.
