Job purpose: (part of description)

  • Sr. Software Engineer/Technical Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to work on ServiceNow Projects across the globe.

Your client responsibilities: (part of description)

  • Implement, Administer and support ServiceNow Applications and Platform

  • Design and Configure Workflow, Application UI and Customize ServiceNow application

  • Integrate Client ServiceNow platform with other Applications

  • Migrate Client Applications – strategize and implement migration

  • New customer on boarding

  • Deploy ServiceNow applications in customer environment and manage

  • Handle changes requests and enhancements

  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions

  • Manage ServiceNow upgrades

We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)

BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 6 Yrs

You will need to have :(Core Competencies)

Mandatory skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of scripting (Javascript,Angular JS, Jelly). Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)

  • Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.

  • Excellent business communication skills

Preferred skills:

  • Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in IT industry, ITIL v3 certification would be a plus

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrators, Certified ServiceNow implementation Specialist

  • Prior Client facing experience
