We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, results-oriented Engagement Lead who is a great problem solver with deep and proven experience in leading a variety of design and development projects for Natural and Graphic User Interfaces with a keen ability in client and project management, to join our team of user experience researchers, designers and developers that currently comprise our staff of employees.

Take projects, implementing improved or completely new experiences from initial client sales meetings through implementation
Build and grow client relationships from a profitability standpoint, driving revenue growth and developing the entire relationship within a client organization
Follow user-centered design and development methodologies and artifacts and work closely with designers, usability and technology experts to deliver a solution that matches the quality of our work
Discover and structure projects with clients that deliver on business strategies and user needs
Create Statements of Work and be responsible for their successful execution
Evaluate existing digital products
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to both clients and staff
Manage client and project expectations and schedules, serving as the key day-to-day client contact
Continuously learn new tools to improve how you and we work
Develop meeting strategy and lead facilitation
Identify opportunities to leverage existing ideas and approaches for teams to work more efficiently and effectively together
To qualify, candidates must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business or other related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a minimum 5 years of experience in project management, program management or client relationship strategy
Minimum 5 years experience in user-centered design and development, preferably in more than one role and organization
Keen ability and desire to multitask across multiple project initiatives
Positive energy and get-it-done attitude
Proven experience leading and growing large-scale, user experience design and development projects
Highly desired experience with mobile, CMS, Portal, Analytics and other platforms
Experience in varied software development methodologies including waterfall, AGILE and/or Lean UX.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Ability to communicate and motivate with outstanding written and verbal communication
