As a Regulatory Transformation Senior Manager, you will help clients with building strategies and implementing solutions to compete effectively in this dynamic environment.
This is a rapidly growing area, so there are plenty of opportunities to broaden your skill set and develop as we do. Most of your time will be spent embedded directly within our clients’ teams, so you’ll also build a network of relationships across multiple geographies and leading financial services clients.
Your key responsibilities
You’re likely to spend most of your time on regulatory aspects of the client business developing an in-depth understanding of our clients’ unique needs and goals, before developing meaningful insights. You’ll have the ability to quickly learn and be an effective member of your team. You may be also involved in developing implementation plans and in their subsequent delivery to bring the strategies and solutions to life. Since you’ll regularly be onsite with our clients, a significant amount of out-of-town travel will be involved in this role.

Quickly assimilating new knowledge and remaining current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and relevant regulatory requirements
Anticipating our clients’ needs and provide compelling strategic insights by constantly updating and sharing your financial markets industry knowledge on the latest trends and leading practices
Great communication and influencing skills
Responding to complex issues in a wide range of subjects including regulatory considerations and business strategy. US regulations include Dodd Frank and Reg W. Transformation projects include service company restructuring, brokerage operations offshoring, obligations and policy management
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor’s degree
A proven record of excellence, working on engagements with team members
Knowledge of and experience with:
Process and operations transformation with a focus on financial services
Large-scale business and IT transformation programs
Managed or shared services
Target Operating Model design and transformation
Ideally, you’ll also have
MBA or MS degree
3 years of prior consulting experience
Knowledge of and experience with:
Organizational Risk Management
