Assistant Manager - Africa Payroll Centre
Assistant Manager required to assist with client engagement and building client relationships.
Delivery of exceptional client service by extending engagements with existing clients, managing resources and enhancing the engagement margin
Candidate must have project management experience
3 years managing a team
Qualifications & Experience
BCom plus articles – Compulsory.
Minimum of 3 years working experience within a Payroll function.
Minimum of 5 years working experience.
3 years management experience
Working or experience across Africa a definite advantage.
Understands Financial Reports / Payroll Reports
Skills and Behavioural Attributes
Attention to detail, organised, planning and organising, coping under pressure, working in a diverse team, leading by example.
