Join as our new Legal and Governance Manager in our Reward team. You’ll help provide advice on the legal, tax, commercial and board governance implications of remuneration arrangements, incentive plans, and broader remuneration and governance issues. Your consultancy experience and legal knowledge gained from delivering executive and employee equity plan advice will allow you to make a valid contribution to your new team.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and drafting equity and cash incentive plans that align with company strategy
Advising on board governance and compliance with Corporations Act and Listing Rules
Supporting company AGMs and stakeholder management
Advising on CEO and senior executive appointments and terminations
Managing multiple projects and relationships with key stakeholders (both external and internal)
Managing client relationships and interact with senior management of a diverse range of clients
Coaching and mentoring junior staffTo be successful in this role you will have:
A bachelor’s degree in law
Experience advising boards and management on governance, remuneration and incentive plans
Sound analytical skills
Excellent time and people management capabilities
