Your Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Consultant you will:

  • Help develop full scale operational and organisational transformations across our client’s customer functions

  • Prepare and deliver client proposals and other sales support materials

  • Manage client stakeholder relationships

  • Package overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products

  • Act as a subject matter resource on one or more services, leveraging your knowledge and experience to meet client problems

  • Start to lead small teams and work streams

  • Ability to think critically and keep customer experience at the forefront of everything you do

  • Demonstrated experience in translating data into commercial insights in a clear and succinct manner, informed by structured problem solving

  • Willing to stretch and challenge client thinking with a natural curiosity to define new ways of working

  • Confident rapport building skills across all levels of the organisation

  • Using your business experience and sound project management skills to frame advice in a way that is helpful to achieve business results

  • Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, including strong presentations skills


To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience across one or both of the below:

  • Consulting experience ideally within a professional services organisation (1-2 years minimum)

  • Demonstrated experience within a relevant Customer field, which may include digital and multi-channel focus / customer centric journey mapping / customer experience / customer transformation

  • Ability to create impactful and succinct PowerPoint presentations

  • Proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate the needs of your team and deliver accordingly

  • Excellent analytical and business report writing skills

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products
