Within EY's International Tax Services (ITS), our global Transfer Pricing practice is recognized as a leading innovator in addressing inter-company transaction issues and in the valuation of intangible assets. We offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing economists and tax professionals. Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our people prepare documentation, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches. We are currently seeking candidates for a career opportunity as a Manager.
Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to clients.
Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products.
Identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services.
Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, lead in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services.
Manage the work of client service team members.
Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information.
Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions.
Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
To qualify, candidates must have:
an business related degree complemented by an accounting designation or law degree
a minimum of 4 years of related experience
strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills both in French and English
the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment
