Within EY's International Tax Services (ITS), our global Transfer Pricing practice is recognized as a leading innovator in addressing inter-company transaction issues and in the valuation of intangible assets. We offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing economists and tax professionals. Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our people prepare documentation, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches. We are currently seeking candidates for a career opportunity as a Manager.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to clients.

  • Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products.

  • Identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services.

  • Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, lead in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services.

  • Manage the work of client service team members.

  • Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information.

  • Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions.

  • Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • an business related degree complemented by an accounting designation or law degree

  • a minimum of 4 years of related experience

  • strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills both in French and English

  • the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment
