Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing value-added data analytics, finance and operations data and system integration services, and operation system implementation projects to our clients, primarily CFO, often times CIO/CTO and his/her team;

  • Design finance and operation transformation strategies, and conduct finance and operating models transformation, such as shared services and outsourcing analysis for function and cost reduction fulfilments;

  • Develop customer relations management capabilities and linkages with finance and operations models to drive business success of clients;

  • Develop business requirements of client finance and operation applications based on due diligence and advisories to client users and key stakeholders;

  • Conduct finance process re-engineering in general ledger and closing, opportunity to cash, procurement to payment, treasury and cash management, budgeting and planning, performance management based on client's finance application or ERP platform;

  • Advise on clients’ data hosting solutions including cloud, and data infrastructure transformation solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Methodology driven in designing and executing analytics projects using specialised tools;

  • Leading ERP finance module experience are preferred;

  • Experience in cloud data hosting and implementation is a plus.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Minimum 8-10 years experiences in a leading business consulting organization or finance and accounting organization including 2 years of leadership;

  • Experienced in medium to complex data analytics, and/or finance and operation transformation projects;

  • Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise;

  • Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Bachelor degree and above, major in statistics, engineering, computer science and MIS preferred, accounting and finance candidates will also be considered;

  • Successfully worked in a highly matrixed organization that has kept pace with the growth and evolution of a similar practice, especially at consulting and/or specialty firms that have experienced significant growth in headcount (organic and via acquisitions) plus a variety of business models.
