Consequently, we are seeing our clients undertaking a wide range of projects. As a Performance Improvement and Finance Manager you will work with our Partners to deliver for our clients.

Your key responsibilities
You are likely to spend most of your time building relationships with our colleagues from different departments, developing a keen understanding of their unique strengths and requirements. It is all about demonstrating a strong commitment to further developing Baku Advisory Practice and its client basis. Active participation in establishing and expanding professional network and marketing activities both outside and within EY global Advisory team to identify the expertise required for potential advisory engagements are considered core at this level. Diverse range of tasks will also include:
Leading the process of promoting EY advisory services on the market, developing business with new clients (including taking part in negotiations, preparing proposals and contracts, and performing related internal procedures), as well as expanding the engagements portfolio;
Performing the role of project manager throughout engagements;
Managing staffing, budgeting and negotiation of engagement scopes, running engagements on a day-to-day basis, communicating with clients during engagements, reviewing and signing off deliverables, mentoring and coaching engagement team members, billing and ensuring cash collection, and executing engagements in a high-quality manner to achieve the set targets while meeting the agreed timeframe and budget;
Preparing project work plans, determining project goals and responsibilities of team members, and coordinating their work.

An ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist the current customer base;
An ability to mentor and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented working environment;
An ability to drive high-quality work within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes;
Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
To qualify for the role you must have
Coordination and managing of best out of group members, knowledge sharing and ensuring a positive working environment for the group;
Close participation in the adaption and implementation both existing and new solutions, procedures and tools within your selected specialization;
A key role in sales (including identification of clients’ needs and sales opportunities, meetings with potential clients);
Effective multitasking and switch focus when required.
Ideally, you will also have
University degree focusing on engineering, supply chain, business, finance;
About 8 years of experience in industry and or a consulting environment;
Expertise in manufacturing and operations, to assist clients build a fully optimized value chain;
The ability to apply PI-Finance related methodologies, standards, and tools;
Deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas: continuous improvement, manufacturing strategy, contract manufacturing management, and cost optimization;
Proficiency in English and Russian. Proficiency in Azerbaijani is an advantage
