This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is into administrative tasks related to HR and would like to gain valuable skills providing administrative support. We’re looking for someone who has the autonomy to become an independent support to our local HR team.
Your key responsibilities
You’ll provide administrative support in relation to key HR processes, working closely with other members of Talent team in order to deliver our goals across 5 business areas (recruiting and selection, compensation, benefits, learning and performance management).
Skills and responsibilities
Administering various HR databases and archiving documents
Drafting various legal documents - employment/termination contracts, annexes, etc.
Taking care of deadlines and compliance in regards to Labor legislations
In charge of Pension and Health Fund applications and communication with the state authorities
Supporting selection and recruitment (scheduling interviews and meetings)
Supporting HR Projects, initiatives and internal social events
Maintaining HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation and overtime
To qualify for the role you must have
Preferably VŠS (administrative law, social sciences)
Previous working experience on similar jobs is an advantage
A high attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
The ability to prioritise work in accordance of urgency
Effectively work with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Croatian and English
Strong administrative skills and sense of responsibility
Capability to work well under pressure
Confident in gathering facts and statistics
Enthusiasm to face new challenges and learn new skills
Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
