The tax practice provides both advisory and compliance corporate tax services (including stamp duty) to its clients. This is a great opportunity to join a growing tax team with opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

Business Tax Advisory

What will I be doing?
Working as part of a team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for proactive management of both compliance and advisory work for clients.
Assisting in the provision of advice to clients on a range of advisory projects.
Building and managing client relationships and providing high levels of client service.
Liaising with clients and Revenue.
Developing relationships within the firm to build a strong network.
Identifying and developing business opportunities to generate growth within the firm.
Demonstrate technical excellence and a practical / business driven approach.
Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff.
What do we look for?
Requirements for prospective candidates include:
Relevant accounting and / or taxation qualification.
5-6 years PQE.
Experience in managing a large compliance portfolio and the successful delivery of tax services to the client.
High level of technical competence.
Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff.
Excellent team leader and player- ability to integrate and build effective relationships at all levels.
Ability to build strong client relationships.
Client focused and commercially aware.
Business development skills, able to identify and convert opportunities to sell work.
Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines.
