In order to support the growth of our communication practice we are currently looking to recruit an:

Qualifications:

Internal Communication – Expert (m/f),

fixed term contract, part-time (20h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, measure and evolve internal communication strategy, policies and procedures

  • Review current internal communication channels and propose improvements to the respective communication owners;

  • Research, write and publish all internal communication on a day-to-day basis including those received from the international network;

  • Contribute to the development of sensitive internal communication material;

  • Help develop and implement the internal digital and social media communication plan

Your Profile:

  • You have 5 years or more of proven experience in internal / external communication in an international company;

  • You are inventive, flexible, open-minded and well organized;

  • You have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;

  • You are able to build strong working relationships internally;

  • You are fluent in English and in either French or German;

  • You hold a university degree in communication or equivalent;

  • Previous experience in media communication tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Power Point), Photo Shop, video and photo editing tools

  • Able to manage several projects under tight deadlines
