Job purpose:

Support HR Department in all HR processes & activities.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of hiring process and

maintain personal files;

Responsible for recruitment and

selection process;

Deliver end-to-end recruitment in

alignment with business objectives;

Screen applications, select candidates

and conduct HR interviews;

Prepare Contracts of employment and assist

in on boarding procedures;

Manage the employee life-cycle (from on

boarding to exit);

Assist in the organization of trainings

and manage HRDC refunds;

Provide support in employee relation

matters;

Support performance management process;

Assist in employee engagement

initiatives;

Maintain and update the data in the HR

databases;

Provide Support in all aspects of HR

Operations;

Act as an HR helpdesk to the company

personnel on various HR matters;

Process Leaves on Leaves Management

System;

Process and follow up on all employee

exit procedures;

Participate in HR related international

projects implementation;

Support the HR colleagues on daily

issues, as needed;

Any other cognate duties

Requirements:

University degree in HR management or

any related field

1 year experience in an HR role would

be an advantage;

Good understanding of HR management

scope and processes;

Understanding of key business

principles;

Strong organizational an interpersonal

skills;

Good verbal and written communication

skills;

Accuracy, attentiveness, sense of duty,

ownership and responsibility;

Understanding of high quality

requirements and standards of the international environment;

High level of spoken and written French

and English;

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)

Flexible to work beyond office hours

when required
