The opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity in our Wroclaw location of EY GDS Poland, for a team member of the Brand, Marketing and Communication Team.

Your key responsibilities

Your key mission would be supporting, planning, creating and delivering useful and engaging communications campaigns to EY GDS Poland internal community (articles, SharePoint content, newsletter, printed materials, emails, plasmas, videos, presentations, etc.). You will be implementing global internal communication campaigns and liaise with wider GDS BMC community. Another challenge would be supporting EY GDS Poland departments and liaising with Business Leads and other stakeholders (including global leaders, CRS groups, and operations).

Your further responsibilities would cover the following areas:

Qualifications:

  • You will be expected to act as an editor to improve and simplify communications requested by stakeholders

  • You will also support the maintenance of various communication channels and distribution lists for communications

  • Gathering communication metrics from multiple varied sources and draft reports will enable you to monitor feedback on campaigns and measure engagement

  • Your tasks would cover supporting event organization in the center (both internal – integration, holiday celebration, team-specific events, town halls and external – job fairs, conferences, larger recruitment events)

  • You will liaise with stakeholders and Creative Agency for branding support and visual identity materials

  • Proactive support of other team members in all employer branding activities and external campaigns would be an overall mission for this role

  • You will be also building the awareness of EY GDS brand by leading a dedicated training during new joiners induction training

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Fluent Polish and English skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or internal communications role

  • University degree in related field

  • Experience in event management

  • Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related matters

  • Presentation skills

  • Sound attention to details

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The best-fit candidate will have well-developed prioritization and multitasking skills. Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator) will be an asset.
