We are looking for a Learning and Development Senior Associate to join our team. As part of our human resources team, you’ll develop your business capabilities faster as you contribute to our performance management, leadership development and training initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in supporting and developing our people, guided by senior leaders. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
Your Key responsibilities
Assist in strategic planning of programs deployment
Manage programs schedule
Source for program facilitators with consultation from business stakeholders
Work on participants nomination
Facilitate training programs
Seek feedback from facilitators and participants
Monitor training costs
Work on costs re-billing to other countries after program as appropriate
Work on costs re-charge to respective service lines after program as appropriate
Handle queries from business stakeholders, facilitators and participants
Coordinate registration for training programs and prepare attendance list
Send joining instructions and course evaluation
Arrange printing of training materials
Manage training rooms booking
Set up training room/facilities
Maintain CPE records for all staff via in-house learning system
Monitor and report on absentees
Prepare learning reports / collate learning information
Liaise with trainers and external vendors
Provide support to trainers on logistic matters
Monitor training needs and compliance
Provide on-site support during overseas/external training programs
Any other duties assigned
Skills and attributes for success
Proficiency in MS office applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good excel and power points skills
Ability to multi-task as well as work independently and in a team
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented and possess initiative
Overseas travelling is expected ( within ASEAN)
To qualify for the role you must have
- Possess at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
