As a valued member of the

Malaysian PAS practice, you will join an experienced and diverse group of

professionals who help clients develop data driven human capital strategies;

design compelling employee value propositions; support change efforts to help

organisations to successfully transition to a future state design and

implementation of HR operating models and organisational structures; and help

with a range of organisational and individual capability development

initiatives. You will have an opportunity to work on engagements that focus on

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be

a key resource on business transformation projects. In this role, you should be

able to provide quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and

balance multiple priorities.

Yourkey responsibilities

  • Demonstrate technical competence in ourcapabilities and take a practical, business-driven approach to solving complexclient challenges

  • Contribute to generating profitable revenuethrough identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lastingrelationships with clients

  • Lead project workstreams from planningthrough to implementation — managing project resources and budgets effectively

  • Be able to influence and persuade clientsand stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives or decisions

  • Take a practical approach to solving issuesand gaining client agreement

  • Encourage and facilitate collaborationamong team members and promote an inclusive working environment

  • Identify and effectively manage andmitigate any risks and issues

  • Contribute to business development andclient pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentationsfor potential clients

  • Provide coaching and developmentopportunities for junior resources and peers; act as a visible role model forour people

Toqualify for the role you must have

  • Abachelor’s degree

  • Approximately 5 years for Manager and 8 years for Senior Manager, of prior experiencein a broad range of our key capabilities

  • Personal success in current job withexperience in one or more of our key capabilities

  • Relevant professional experience —including, for example, previous work with a Big Four firm, global managementconsultancy firm, or niche consultancy, or performed an in-house role in whichyou gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)

Ideally,you’ll also have

  • Relevantpost-graduate qualification

  • Experience of coaching and developing teammember
