The opportunity

This individual will support the EMEIA PAS Operations team with a focus on knowledge and methods. They will need to provide critical insight to the team and contribute to the development of key projects as well as several reoccurring weekly/ monthly tasks. This role will allow the individual to develop a keen view of how PAS operates overall in EMEIA and how we fit specifically into the Tax and Advisory worlds.

Your key responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the EMEIA PAS Knowledge and Coordination lead will include developing project deliverables to a particularly high standards for communication to a broad constituency across the EMEIA PAS leadership team. This is a varied role with a several regular projects (webcasts, resourcing and sales/pipeline reporting, liaising across several knowledge groups within EY, thought leadership management), however it also will require time spent on ad hoc strategic initiatives as required by leadership:

  • Manage the webcasting portal for PAS

  • Work with the regional leaders to complete the annual technology budget

  • Assist in organizing, logistics management and preparing internal leadership meetings, workshops, webcasts, etc.

  • Assist with preparation of internal and external communication materials

  • Work to tight deadlines to collate information on wins/ opportunities for internal communications and reports for leadership

  • Assist in organizing and preparing internal workshops, webcasts, etc.

  • Strong project management, multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Keen attention to detail and focus on data integrity

  • Strong communication skills

  • Confidence and maturity to work effectively with senior leaders in the Area

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Experience in project management role in a multinational company (preferably within its global structures)

  • Proven ability in collection, analysis and synthesis of information

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to support a range of senior stakeholders with competing demands

  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment where exceptional client service, quality of deliverables and timeliness is paramount.
