The Administrative Lead works within a workstream of the US Talent Shared Services (TSS) Center. The Administrative Lead processes and reviews complex transactions, evaluates and improves processes, provides guidance and training to less experienced and new team members, and contributes to projects as needed.

The opportunity is for the Background Investigations team.
Your key responsibilities
Essential Functions of the job
Manage tasks and activities in a timely manner and accountable for desired outcomes with limited supervision
Prepare and/or generate reporting using Excel and other firm standard software
Develop and manage client relationships and expectations
Perform specialized and complex tasks and contribute to projects
Manage escalations in a timely manner
Train, share knowledge, and act as a role model for junior TSS team members
Provide back-up support to TSS Operations Analyst Associates (OAAs) as needed
Identify and share process improvement ideas with TSS leadership and implement approved process improvements
Proactively communicate questions and concerns with TSS leadership and clients
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
Demonstrate analytical skills, effective problem solving, and decision making in daily operations
Use analytical discoveries to improve the client experience
Follow through on commitments and accept ownership of results

To qualify for the role you must have
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Understand the expectations of clients and deliver exceptional client service
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Firm standard technology including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Success Factors, and other related applications
Ability to prioritize workload, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and function independently while exercising sound judgment
Interact effectively and maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating tact and diplomacy
Highly skilled attention to detail and self-assurance of quality of work performed and/or reviewed
Demonstrate strong teaming, relationship building, and organizational skills
Take initiative on new opportunities and follow through on current commitments
Supervision Responsibilities
Perform duties and responsibilities with limited supervision from department Supervisor in accordance with department policies, procedures and service level agreements
Exercise a high degree of independence and autonomy
Provide training and coaching to junior team members
Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the US TSS and with key operational contacts; support an environment that promotes effective teamwork and collaboration
Other Requirements
Working hours, flexible work arrangements, and time off may be limited during specific times due to business demands
Overtime must be approved in advance
Ideally, you’ll also have
High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of related work experience
