Our core work ison advising executives in determining the overall vision and strategy of their organizations, understanding the overall strategic objectives of the firm and determining the design and key attributes of the involved functions that will best support these objectives, emphasizing on finance.Your daily activities will focus on providing business and financial advice through targeted data aggregation, analysis and visualization, where flexibility, knowledge, quality and teamwork are key factors. Additionally, our focus of work lies in the areas of enterpriseperformance management, organizational and operational restructuring, as well as business planning, assessing a target company’s finances and business projections, identifying opportunities, risks, sensitivities and potential mitigations, and reporting on these to our clients, their banks, investors and other parties.
Your key responsibilities
Support the business analysis andprocessing of financialstatements (including actual figures, budget/forecasts, etc.)
Prepare and supervise the development of business plans, benchmarking analysis, and reporting models
Determine and assess current financial status by analyzing actual results against with budgets, forecasts, industry trends
Prepare the analysis of financial statements in relevant software (MS Excel, BI tool), including the data aggregation, data quality checks and analysis from a critical perspective
Prepare business and financial models (using MS Excel) for financial analysis and future looking results
Prepare and deliver presentations to managers for final review and present end results to clients
Structure finance technical approach and participate in business development activities to current and prospective clients
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment and develop innovative approaches to solving technical challenges

To qualify for the role you must have
3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in the Finance/Budget/Accounting function of a large corporation
Excellent academic background, including a bachelor and a master degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or other related field
Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); experience in the use of any BI tool would be desirable
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in Greek and English)
Business acumen, targeted at providing tangible benefits to the client, delivered both through an analytic and a synthetic mindset
Commitment to providing excellent quality work requiring minimum Manager review
Adaptability and agility to change
Willingness for continuous learning and development
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
Ideally, you’ll also have
Previous experience in professional services/consulting firm/financial institution
Advanced excel skills in developing financial models to support performance analysis will be considered an advantage
CFA or similar financial qualification
