IT Analyst, IT Advisory, Alliances and Platforms - Policy/Billing - FBA - Financial Services Office - Manager - Multiple Positions - 1311286 , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA.

Help insurance clients address business problems with technology solutions. Analyze business requirements and devise suitable technology architecture, infrastructure design, vendor technology, and implementation plans. Focus on implementing Insurance Business Intelligence solutions, including upgrades, mobility, integration, infrastructure, and requirements definition. Provide services such as developing assessment frameworks for sourcing vendors, systems integration, and performance management solutions for planning and forecasting, analytics, and management reporting. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.


Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements. Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4 years of work experience defining business and technical requirements.

Must have 2 years of experience managing and supervising teams of advisors through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, process and prose creation, business process re-engineering, and application mapping.

Must have 3 years of experience in all of the following areas:

  • Program/project management and implementation planning (PMO)

  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development

  • Definition of business and technical requirements

  • System selection and implementation support

  • Quality assurance and testing

  • Business and IT process reengineering

Must have 3 years of project experience with one of the following:

  • P&C Policy, Billing, or Claims Administration System implementations

  • P&C Policy, Billing, or Claims Business/Operations Transformation

  • P&C Policy, Billing, or Claims Administration System vendor selection and evaluation

  • P&C Policy, Billing, or Claims Business Process Reengineering

  • Financial Reporting or Business intelligence/decision support

Must have 2 years of Application/Package experience in one of the following:

  • Guidewire

  • CSC

  • Fiserv

  • Accenture Packaged Solutions

  • Innovation Group

  • Insurity

  • SAP

  • MajescoMastek

Must have 3 years of experience working in the Property and Casualty and/or Commercial Insurance industry.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
