EY has a well-established and dynamic Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) group supporting a wide range of clients in responding to the fast-evolving and growing sustainability, EHS, and climate agendas. They work closely with companies to help them manage the risks and opportunities that arise from an accelerating transition to a net zero-carbon world, addressing economic, social and environmental sustainability challenges, responding to new and/or enhanced regulations, as well as improving ethics, transparency, and disclosures. Your key responsibilities
This role would be responsible for managing the new proposition development process from incubation thru industrialization; working closely with CCaSS solution clusters to design solutions; teaming with the firmwide Global Managed Services (GMS) team during industrialization efforts; and working closely with the CCaSS global innovation team on related governance, investment, etc.
Skills and attributes for success
A greater premium will be placed on business case development, ROI and governance around MS related investment spend. It will also be essential that these activities are closely coordinated with the CCaSS innovation funding process. This role will have primarily responsible for managing, measuring and coordinating these activities.
To qualify for the role you must have
BS / Undergrad degree, preferably in accounting and/or other business discipline
Extensive solution / new product development and management experience, preferably in an outsourcing or managed services environment
5+ years of experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
Background knowledge and understanding of CCaSS offerings
Finance-centric consulting / advisory experience
Commercial acumen, focused on business case development (for solution / new product development)
Experience in bringing together multiple stakeholder groups
