Our team of strategic advisors sits at the heart of a global EY real estate network that delivers high quality advice through every phase of the real estate lifecycle. You will leverage EY's global network to support various account teams, service lines, and solutions in order to tackle some of the largest and most complex corporate real estate and workplace challenges facing our clients.
Your key responsibilities:
In order to be effective in CRE, you need to be able to make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology. You will be an important part of our diverse, talented, and highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile corporate real estate engagements.
As a Senior / Staff within CRE Consulting, you will spend your days working on strategic and / or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.

Support the development and documentation of EY's point of view on relevant and current CRE topics and trends
Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets
Interact at all levels of the client organization

To qualify you must have:
Relevant experience in workplace and workplace strategy disciplines and / or providing management consulting services in the workplace strategy arena
1-3 years of relevant work experience for a Staff role
4+ years of relevant work experience for a Senior role
Undergraduate degree in accounting, engineering, architecture, interior design, sustainability, business, finance or other business-related field; graduate degree in a relevant field / discipline is preferred
Ability to understand and articulate workplace, design and space concepts such as alternative working arrangements (AWAs), activity-based working, impacts of third and fourth places, mobility, flexible work, future-of-work, personas, segmentation, etc.
Support clients in determining requirements for workplace that align with business strategy
Analyze and incorporate inputs from the client strategic planning process (business requirements, costs, facility information, cap-ex requirements, forecasts, occupancy data, lease and market data) and understand the connection to space planning to make the case for workplace support
Provide and support organizational change initiatives to assist the client in implementing various functions and workplace objectives to ensure decisions are made and progress is achieved
Develop workplace programs and oversee the execution of programs (may liaise with architect, construction and/or real estate broker for oversight and coordination)
Support policy needs in support of the workplace program by creating tools, processes, standards, training, etc.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills
High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products
Ability to travel up to 75%
Ideally, you'll also have:
Prior professional services or management consulting experience
Exposure to corporate real estate, facilities management, and / or workplace disciplines
