EY’s S&O – Working Capital group is the largest group of dedicated specialists in cash and working capital in the world. Working Capital helps our clients by identifying, evaluating and prioritizing actionable improvements to liberate significant cash from working capital. We assist organizations in their transition to a cash-focused culture. Working Capital identifies areas for improvement in cash flow optimization and forecasting practices and then assists in implementing processes to improve cash management and create the frameworks to sustain those improvements.
As a Senior Manager in the Working Capital group you will be a vital member of the team leading and executing projects designed to help liberate significant cash from working capital. It will be your job to work with companies to identify cash flow improvement opportunities and help your clients implement changes to their processes and policies to achieve sustainable cash flow improvement. Senior Managers on our team typically work with executive resources at our clients, lead one or several work-streams on larger engagements, and manage staff.

To qualify forthe role you must have
A bachelor’sdegree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Scienceand 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree andapproximately 7 years of related work experience.
Significant managementconsulting experience.
Track recordof delivering performance improvement projects related to supplychain/inventory optimization, sourcing/procurement or sales/accountsreceivable that deliver tangible results (cost reduction, increased cashflow, etc.).
Experienceleading and managing in complex business environments.
Excellentnegotiation and influencing skills.
Stronganalytic mindset and familiarity with common analytics tools: Excel, MSAccess, Spotfire/Tableau, etc.
Must bewilling and able to travel up to 80% on short notice.
Ideally, you’llalso have
Experiencegained within another large professional services organization.
Lean SixSigma or PMP certifications.
