We are looking for Managers/Senior Managers within the People Advisory Services team to be based in our Auckland office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
Our team is based in Auckland, New Zealand which is regularly rated as one of the best places to live and work in the world. Aside from its well-deserved reputation as the home of some of the best coffee in Asia, Auckland is the commercial centre of New Zealand.
Your key responsibilities
Create innovative insights and solutions to address the workforce needs of clients who are experiencingtechnology related changeafter implementation of an HRIS or other enterprise business application such as SAP.
Implement organisational change projects with strategy, communication and methodology to support a client’s change program. Design and deliver training, awareness and engagement activities including assessment of change readiness and change impact through analytics and consultation with key client stakeholders.
Help clients reshape how they operate, build the capabilities of their employees and effectively use their people and digital technology to achieve their stated goals.
Prepare and deliver client proposals and other supporting materials in a variety of formats.
Direct and conduct analysis and research using EY knowledge resources to rapidly develop client insights.
Oversee refinement of project findings into clear, concise, high-quality deliverables.
Skills and attributes for success
Experience intechnology relatedchange programs associated with system implementations and people-related implications.
Project management and oversight of project team to deliver high quality outcomes on time and on budget.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels (internal and external clients).
Excellent listening skills to fully understand the needs of clients and develop appropriate solutions that address their specific needs.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal with a natural curiosity to adapt to new ways of working.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations, being resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
Ideally, you’ll also have
5-10 years’ experience in a technology or consulting role with a focus on change management
Experience working with core systems such as SAP
A degree in technology, commerce, management or business
Ability to travel for work purposes
