What will you be doing at EY?
Supporting consulting teams on their engagements with public sector and other organisations, helping the team to tell the stories and visualise the results arising from our research and problem solving activities.
You may also be asked to assist in the delivery of specific workshops including preparing visual material for exercises.
Visualisation ofresearch findings, including but not limited to personas, user journeys, marketand innovation scans, and service eco-systems
Visualisation ofcurrent state or future state processes, experiences, and business andorganisational models
Skills andattributes for success
Intermediategraphic design skills
Have an interest in the application of design tosolving problems in the social sector, and in particular design that gainsinspiration from Te Ao Maori and is intended to portray outcomes for Maori
Experiencecreating outputs for human centred design processes would be an advantage
Collaborating inteams, sometimes with frequent changes of direction and short timeframes, andactively iterating visuals with our service designers
Fantastic peopleskills - both in terms of working with users and colleagues. Sometimes this may involve dealing withclients at senior levels who can be challenging and confronting
Are organisedand quality focused, professionally pedantic, but also flexible, pragmatic andadaptive
Ask greatquestions and love solving problems.
Working in acombination of home studio, at the office, and on-site with clients
Ideally you willalso have
- Illustration skills with theability to confidently draw by hand
