The opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for giving guidance and expertise on client facing solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. You will be business-issue focused as you work closely with clients to transform their ways of working. You will have a solid foundation of technical skills and solution architecture that you are able to leverage while working within a team of other Developers, Implementation Specialists, Product Managers and Architects to meet our client’s requirements throughout the software development life cycle.
Your keyresponsibilities
Ability to define atan architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned withclient’s business problems
Define scope andtechnical Consulting services to assist in clients implementing a ServiceNowprogram of work
Understand customerrequirements and translate to this into workable solutions for the client
Understand customerobjectives and provide continuity for architecture and roadmap exercises
Create and maintainPlatform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with thedetailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
Demonstrate productand technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements
Skills andattributes for success
Experience withbusiness processes in at least one area of the enterprise such as HR, GRC(IRM),CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM (experience in multiple areas is highly desirable)
Ability to buildstrong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders ateach level
Demonstratedexpertise in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
Proven experience indesigning and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Service Portalexperience (HTML, CSS, Angular,Bootstrap, etc.) and ServiceNow Application Development using ServiceNowStudio
Fundamentalunderstanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integrationsolutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC
Ideally you willalso have
Quick learningability and be an early adopter of new technology with the ability toself-manage and overcome objections in a presales and engagement deliverycontext
A keen eye fordetail and problem-solving skills with experience in Agile methodologies andunderstanding of popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript) will set you apart.
