Job purpose:

  • Paymentsdomain professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one ormore Corebanking products like Temenos/FIS/Finnacle.

Your client responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact throughout thelife of your project

  • Early identification of project risks

  • Contingency and scenario planning

  • Rapid resolution of any issues

  • Scope change management

  • Resource management

  • Ensuring that project objectives anddeliverables are met on time and in full

  • Monitoring the progress of the project

  • Interface with the customerrepresentatives as and when needed

  • Willing to travel to the customerslocations on need basis

  • Need to work as a teamlead in one or more projects.

  • Completion of assignedtasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead

  • Regular status reportingto the Manager and onsite coordinators

Mandatory skills:

  • Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing and E2E Payment workflows. SWIFT & ISO 20022 Message Processing. Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g. RTGS / ACH / RTP / CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS / SEPA / Step2 / Target2 / Faster Payments / G3 / IMPS / UAEFT etc.), Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management. Exposure to Payments Interface data mapping and solution design.

  • Experience in implementation of End to end Payment systems like Payment gateways, ATM systems, Switch , Retail Payments etc.

  • Good experience in implementation and/or upgrade of the product either on the technical front or functional or both.

  • Good experience understanding client requirements and streamline them appropriately to the team.

  • Understand high-level business requirements and relate them to appropriate product capabilities

  • Define and validate customisation needs as per client requirements.

  • Review client processes and workflows and make recommendations to the client to maximise benefits from the product.

  • Good Leadership skills

  • Excellent client-facing skills

  • MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with Corebanking experience of 12 + years

Preferred skills:

  • Prior Client facing experience

  • Experience in any or more of Oracle, MS SQL,DB2 databases
