Jobpurpose :

  • SubjectMatter experts in Payments domain with expertise and prior work experiencein one or more Core-banking products like Temenos/FIS/Finnacle

Yourclient responsibilities :

  • Needto work as a team lead in one or more Payment related projects.

  • Interfaceand communicate with the onsite coordinators

  • Completionof assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead

  • Regularstatus reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators

  • Interfacewith the customer representatives as and when needed

  • Shouldbe ready to travel to customers locations on need basis

Mandatory skills :

  • Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing and E2E Payment workflows. SWIFT & ISO 20022 Message Processing. Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g. RTGS / ACH / RTP / CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS / SEPA / Step2 / Target2 / Faster Payments / G3 / IMPS / UAEFT etc.), Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management. Exposure to Payments Interface data mapping and solution design.

  • Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking & Direct Channels (Host2Host file transfers), Mobile banking, PSD2, Open Banking, Payments Service Provider (PSP), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) etc. Should have worked in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution

  • Good understanding of the Payments architecture, administration, configuration, data structure.

  • Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.

  • Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD

  • Excellent business communication skills

  • Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff

  • Good Leadership skills

  • Excellent client-facing skills

  • MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 15 Yrs
