EY MP Business Support & Compliance Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operations/planning – Assist in reporting on operations, operational planning, information management, IT/business process, and provide operational metrics for decision

  • Processes/data management – Assist in optimizing operational processes, develop knowledge base, prepare process maps, operational documentation, and initiatives geared towards operational excellence

  • BRET/Independence - Coordinate with Independence, sponsors, research, vendor to ensure Independence compliance including BRET process, ACV’s, GCSP approvals and other activities.

  • Procurement – Coordinate and manage procurement processes, intake forms, budget approvals, vendor questionnaire, NDA/SOW/CR, GCO, PIA/BIA, assistance with PO, GCO reviews and delivery of asset/services.

  • Compliance – Ensure the policy compliance including BRET, Information Security requirements, internal EY specific processes, adherence to needed steps, implement best practices.

  • Vendor Information management – Better tracking of agreements with vendor, ensuring timely execution of contracts/CR’s, adherence to the service level agreements, metrics, gap identification and resolution.

  • License Management– Assist with license management lifecycle for team, tracking details, coordinate with procurement/renewal/new purchase, help refreshing licenses, work closely with ITAM etc.

  • Resourcing assistance – Resourcing metrics, trend analysis, on/off boarding coordination, time entry compliance, operational/logistical tasks, laptops/access with initial setup, coordination with HR function

  • Single Point of Contact – Act as single POC for all EY Mobility Pathway resource management (purchase time, contractors, FTE, etc.)

Requirements for the Role:

  • EducationBachelor’s Degree and at least 7 years of experience with 4 years in operationsmanagement role

  • Generalunderstanding of vendor management, financial management, procurementprocesses, license management, day-to-day operation management (hands-onexperience highly preferred)

  • Excellentorganizational and communication skills.

  • Preferredpast experiences in being analytical, data management, strategic conceptualthinking, operational planning and execution skills

  • Expertin coordination, stakeholder management, skill navigating through organization,addressing situation and managing expectations

  • Handson with operational processes, documenting processes, build knowledgebase,optimize workflows, enforce and adherence to operational policies and processes

  • Excellent at gathering, analyzing andinterpreting data and metrics, providing visibility on operation, manage logs,reporting and presentations
