Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for documentation for all categories of Visa and Immigration both for Inbound and outbound moves to and from India

  • Prepare/ review cost estimates and Secondment authorizations forms

  • Work with the Host and Home country Partners for approvals of CE and SAF’s for Inbound moves

  • Interaction with Attorneys/ Immigration team abroad for Visa authorization/ work permit approval

  • Work closely with business in finalizing the assignment requests and help choose right resource under right category if visa

  • Coordination with the Global Mobility team at host countries and handling mobility related activities

  • Work with Finance and tax teams on IT return preparation assistance for Inbound and outbound assignees

  • Ensure the team provides supporting documents/ letters for Indian visas for Inbound assignees

  • Responsible for generating adhoc reporting for the areas responsible

  • Counselling of transferring and repatriating employees on all aspects of their expatriate benefits

  • Initiate tax and immigration teams for planning and review

  • Review allowances for mobility payroll for all levels of employees and liaising with mobility Operations Team, and Compensation & Benefits team.

  • Review and generation of assignment documentation

  • Responsible for data upkeep and quality output at all times.

  • Responsible to conduct mock interviews and share feedback.

Candidate Profile:

  • 4 to 7 years relevant experience in mobility and immigration.

  • Technical | Domain Related Skills:

  • US Markets knowledge L1 / B1/B2/ H1 Visa.

  • Well aware of drafting petitions for L1/ H1 visa

  • End to End Work permit process for EMEA (specific to UK & I), Germany ,Nordic& Netherlands.

  • Must have a knowledge on conducting L1 mock interviews

  • Knowledge on MIS

  • Knowledge on Host and Home country Tax compliance.
