Assistant Manager - This role is responsible for completing immigration work on a daily basis and submitting the completed task for second level review and adhere to company norms and policies. Provide exceptional client service by doing task on timely basis with quality.

Your key responsibilities
Be task orientated and proven ability to produce quality work on a regular basis, to a consistently high standard
A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively and directionally as required
Come up with process improvement steps and discuss them with team leader
Keep your team leader informed on timely manner regarding timing and leaves
Meet the required utilization - Voice your opinions to stakeholder
Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to ensure that work is of a consistently high standard
Ability to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priority
Excellent ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise
Consistently delivers high quality of work
Timely reporting of activities
Extra vigilant towards the entire task
Complete the deliverables before the TAT
Proactively taking more task once completed
Mentoring associates/advanced associates by sharing knowledge
Guiding team members on process and Immigration issues
Developing relationships with associate/advanced associates, through formal and informal contact
Provide associates/advanced associates performance feedback on timely manner
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
Excellent business communication skills
Should have strong knowledge and experience on MS Excel
Should have knowledge on MS Outlook
Prior Client facing experience
Good interpersonal skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
8-10 years of previous experience working in a professional services environment or equivalent.
Knowledge on Immigration within AMERICAS, EMEA & APAC region is preferable
To work on Immigration projects for our customers across the globe
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in Immigration process, preferably in outbound work permits
Experience in Global Mobility
